Because HR should never be disconnected from people or strategy : HR Insight, Guiding HR with heart and vision !

Morgane Dumont, fonder of HR Insight

Dynamic and naturally positive, I see every HR challenge as an opportunity of progress for teams and for the company. Whether it's improving well-being at work, streamlining processes, or strengthening internal cohesion, I'm convinced that the best solutions arise from dialogue, trust, and a pragmatic approach.

What I like about my job is the diversity of contexts and the variety of missions: moving from a well-being reflection to the implementation of a structured onboarding, to the support of a CPPW, while organizing a significant internal event, ... This richness is what nourishes my commitment and my creativity on a daily basis.

Whether we start from a blank page or everything is already in place, I intervene with a fresh and operational perspective, to build tailor-made solutions together, adapted to the size, culture and real challenges of the company.

My values
